The Internet – opportunity or threat? The speakers were national newspaper journalist Richard Dixon and local teaching assistant Rob Searle. Mr Dixon spoke on the pros and cons of the Internet as it affects the news media while Mr Searle spoke about his experience in schools of teachers and children using the internet.
